  • For clients who need to complete their home with furnishings, accessories and artwork. We select, source, receive, deliver to our warehouse and install.

  • We work for the client and liaise with the contractor/architect team to create custom spaces that reflects your unique taste and suit your lifestyle. Our team works together to design all interior spaces, selecting all interior finishes from flooring and tile, lighting, cabinet design, windows, doors etc. We will also furnish and accessorize once your home is built.

  • These projects are smaller scale then new construction but the scope of work is similar. Our team works with the client on their vision for their new home. We then collaborate with the contractor/architect to create a seamless experience. We will select all interior finishes from flooring, tile, cabinet design and lighting etc. We will then furnish and accessorize.

OWNER & DESIGNER

Owner and designer, Lisa Sutherland, attended the prestigious Interior Design Institute in Newport Beach, California where she acquired a Bachelor of Arts degree with her major in Interior Design. Her love for the ocean is an underlying influence and element in everything she does both personally and as a designer.

She has designed the interiors of custom homes, remodels and furnishings for 25 years. Her unique talent in business organization has made her an expert in keeping projects moving in a timely manner. Her building experience and meticulous attention to detail has given her a unique edge in the home design industry.

Lisa’s design philosophy is a sophisticated use of materials, a refined palette and strong design elements. Lisa understands what is required to create a beautiful yet livable interior that can withstand a busy family life. She delivers a refined result that reflects the best of her clients personal style.
